Special feature: Swordsmith Kunimatsu’s real name was Miyake Teruyoshi.
He learned the basics of sword appraisal from businessman, sharpener and appraiser Ikeda Suematsu. He collected famous swords and accessories and served as director of the Japanese Sword Accessories Museum.
Kunimatsu was the student of Hiroku Hirokuni and in the year 1989 became a Mukansa swordsmith.
